Goodmiles Running Company Return Policy

We want all of your miles to be good miles! If you prefer to return your order for a refund you may do so in two ways within 30 days of purchase:

1. Return your item

Return your item at a Goodmiles Running location. Make sure you bring your packing slip with you when you return your order.

2. Ship your order back

Ship your order back to our Internet Team:

Fill out the return slip included with your order.

3. Download a return label

Download a return label from our returns portal ($10 fee) or ship back via your favorite method. You are responsible for return postage.

  • Once your order is received, it will be processed and your payment card refunded if the item is in new, unworn condition.
  • If the item is worn, you will receive a digital gift card to use towards another purchase.
  • If the item is defective, Goodmiles will replace it with the same or equivalent item if the same item is not available or issue a refund.
  • Any items received after 30 days will be issued a gift card for the value of the order.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
